Cheddar, Almonds, Veggies and Ranch
Take just 5 minutes to prepare this quick and easy keto lunch and avoid the afternoon cravings! Enjoy the cheese and veggies in lettuce wraps, or enjoy separately.
1 oz cheddar cheese
1/4 cup almonds
2 radishes, sliced
1/3 cup cucumber slices
2 tbsp low carb Ranch dressing, or other keto dressing
Optional: lettuce wraps
- Arrange all ingredients in a sectioned lunch container or on a plate.
- Serve cheese and veggies in lettuce wraps with ranch dressing, if you like.
- You may substitute other keto veggies, such as cucumbers, tomato, or peppers.
- You may substitute another keto friendly nut, such as macadamia nuts, walnuts, or pecans.
