This delicious Salad with Strawberries and Almond Butter takes just a few minutes to prepare! Enjoy the Salad with a simple vinaigrette and dip the strawberries in almond butter for a sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spring Mix or other leafy green

  • 1/3 cup cucumber slices

  • 5 grape or cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 4 strawberries, sliced

  • 2 tbsp almond butte

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Arrange all ingredients in a sectioned lunch container or on a plate. Add tomatoes and cucumbers to leafy greens to make a salad. Top salad with hemp hearts.
  • Dress salad with oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
