2 cups Spring Mix or other leafy green
1/3 cup cucumber slices
5 grape or cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp hemp hearts
4 strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp almond butte
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Arrange all ingredients in a sectioned lunch container or on a plate. Add tomatoes and cucumbers to leafy greens to make a salad. Top salad with hemp hearts.
