My passion for health sparked my decision to try a Ketogenic diet in 2016. Since making the change, I have never felt, performed, or looked better and want to share my success with you in this free eBook!

As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, over the past 3 years, I have been helping people online to reach their healthy lifestyle goals through a different variety of diets.
What I realized is that the keto diet showed the most impressive results, people felt great. As I got so many requests regarding the ketogenic recipe, I decided to create a book with a variety of healthy recipes and share with everyone for FREE!

Lot of the recipes I found were either boring or contained items I couldn’t easily find at the grocery store. That’s when I started experimenting more in the kitchen and digging deeper in the keto world.
